Cargill to showcase a variety of innovative healthy ingredient prototypes at Natural Products Expo West 2008
MINNEAPOLIS - February 26, 2008 - Cargill will showcase five new prototypes made with some of its most innovative and popular ingredients during Natural Products Expo West, to be held March 14-16, 2008, in Anaheim, Calif. In addition to reviewing commercial product examples that contain Cargill’s health-promoting ingredients, attendees will be able to sample the great-tasting prototypes representing some of the many ways to incorporate Cargill’s health-promoting ingredients into food and drinks that have strong consumer appeal.

Items available for sampling will include:
